To see the dedication of his and others' work is priceless, knowing that “The action is ours and the consequences God’s.”
A Personal Testimonial by Sandra Rymberg Burga-Cisneros
My personal spiritual path, can I say, started from a very young age, having a Mother who was a true truth seeker and a person who motivated me and my two sisters to find the truth in different religions and spiritual groups, even if we grew up under the christian-catholic faith.
When I was 19 years old, we met a very special person that guided us to the UB. First without knowing that his sharings came from this revelation. One year later in 1993, the book was published in Spanish and the first to get it was my mom, followed by me and my second sister.
It wasn’t much what was written in the book that changed or made an impact on our lives, rather than the way this beloved friend/brother and mentor to us, was living and sharing its teachings. Many years passed by until I started to study the book first on my own (I was living in Switzerland at that time) and then in different study groups in Peru, my homeland, and in Switzerland as well. Another few years passed by until I realized that to study the book is not enough, one must apply it to your own life and one must work in ways to cultivate this commitment to do the Father’s will and serve others, if the decision has been already made. A commitment that we need to renew each single day, since many things can happen and our human restrictions can block our commitment again and again, if we don’t stay awake and alert.
My path continues to this day, and has taken me to places I would never imagine, like Israel. When I met Gabriel, I was praying (already 7 years) for a companion in my life, someone who loves our Father as much as I do and someone with whom I can grow spiritually and learn together, ready to push me up and forward, if it is necessary and someone that can be committed to do our Father’s will. That he was a UB reader was a huge bonus!
Our Friends Line St. Pierre and Gaetan Charland made our encounter possible, since they introduced us. And even before we met physically in the IC14 in Massachusetts we already had a deep connection on many levels, having had many talks almost every day via Skype for almost three months. 😀
To see the development of the CFU has been a wonderful process that keeps surprising us every day. I don’t know what new ideas can come up in Gabriel’s mind each day, which I firmly believe is not really just his mind. And I know that each day is an opportunity and a full dedication to do the Father’s will, according to a prayer we wrote together many years ago and keep praying every day. To see the dedication of his and others' work is priceless, knowing that “The action is ours and the consequences God’s.”
It is wonderful to see how people are working together, in UNITY to bring this revelation and the most relevant part for us, at this moment, in this planet, which is Jesus’ teachings to a younger audience and to our brothers and sisters who are not necessarily Christian. Feeling safe to get to know the ‘Jesus before Christianity’ and feeling that they don’t have to change faith or traditions in any way.
I’ve been working throughout the years in many ways in the CFU, in data curation, in supporting the human resources team and now starting to take over the volunteer Team of Spanish speakers in the different projects. But my most important task is at home. And the women who work together with partners dedicated to this revelation know what I mean. As our Mother Spirit in our Universe we are the ‘Holders’ in our Space, not only in a physical way, but in an energetic way as well. And it is a honor and a privilege to be in this role of sharing, learning and growing together in a path that day by day may look different, but undoubtedly is taking us one more step into using all of our skills, resources and strength to serve others and to help them know our Father-Mother through the life and example of our Creator Father-Brother-Friend-Inspiration-Master, Michael of Nebadon as he lived in our world Urantia, our ‘Jesusito’ as I always called him.
