‍The Center For Unity now has a social media presence!

Since the beginning of November 2023, we have created and published hundreds of posts and videos across all social platforms, and we will continue to do so throughout 2024. Our goal is to raise awareness for the AskJesus chatbot and the Discover Jesus website. Many subjects have been posted such as, and including: soul mates (as shown below), forgiveness, and do pets have a soul?

Pinterest: Daily pin featuring DiscoverJesus.
Instagram: Daily long posts and videos.
TikTok: Daily videos.
YouTube: Daily videos.
Facebook: Daily long posts and videos.
Medium: Two weekly DiscoverJesus articles.

Medium is an open platform where readers find dynamic thinking, and where undiscovered and expert voices can share their writing on any topic. We thought this might be a good platform to connect with a different audience.

Mike has provided a few topical articles from the Discover Jesus site which Gabriel modifies and edits a bit to post on Medium with the engaging artwork created by Gary Tonge and MidJourney, with a screen capture of the DJ web page at the end along with a link to the web app to “read more.” We’re sharing the Medium post to our Facebook page once a week to add some variety to our content.

At the bottom of our website pages and in many of our posts, you will see icons for our YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok social media sites. Be sure to visit, like, share and subscribe so that the algorithms increase our visibility.

Other Important Ways to Help

Rick, Susan, and Lisa have been brainstorming some marketing ideas and Rick has developed and purchased a number of DiscoverJesus.com reflective bumper stickers. We'd love to spread the word far and wide about this wonderful tool to discover the more complete life and teachings of Jesus as gifted to us in The Urantia Book. We have a few ideas on how we're going to begin disseminating the stickers, which many of you will find out about shortly!

Rick has done some research and we plan on sending a targeted, larger size postcard mailing to a zip code about ten miles north of 533 Diversey Parkway as a way to spread the news about DiscoverJesus.com. One side will the framable, slightly enigmatic picture of Jesus walking towards the light, the other will have the website app information, a QR code, and a brief message. Hopefully it will also be something "fridge worthy" that can help ignite curiosity and which our unseen friends and helpers can use to help direct people to the life changing message of Jesus, to love others as he loved us.
