Discover Jesus – Update 2025 MAR

Spanish and French Translations are Now Available!
We are excited to share that the Discover Jesus website has been translated into Spanish and French and is available for selection under the dropdown menu at the top of every page on the website.
These language translations were published on March 13, 2025, and we will move next to release a version of the site in Portuguese that will be available in the coming weeks.
We know from Rick Lyon's monitoring of website traffic that, in 2024, over 18,000 people from 139 countries or regions used DiscoverJesus.com. While this was an incredible number, the website was a work in progress during all of last year. In January 2024, we had only 40% of the site complete and didn't finish the creation of content, images, and features until December of 2024.
Imagine what 2025 will look like with a full year following the site completion, the availability of three primary languages in addition to English, and a Google Ads grant that helps channel various website searches to our site. We are excited for the period ahead as many search for meaning and purpose in their life outside of traditional organized religions.

We wish to thank the many language beta testers for our translations into French and Spanish who helped verify that our settings in the use of DeepL were appropriate, and special thanks to Fraser Gorrie and his son, Colin, for their tireless support in bringing these translations to life!
We would also like to thank the Urantia Foundation for sharing with us the translations of the List of Special Terms that were instrumental in getting accurate translations for the many unique terms used in The Urantia Book translated according to adopted standards used in the corresponding book translations.
Looking ahead, we will have Portuguese ready in a few weeks and are working on a few user experience features that will help users better navigate through the site. While we are essentially done, we have items to polish up and see where the future takes us as more and more readers discover the Jesus that we know through The Urantia Book.
