Uncle Joshua's Workshop
CFU's newest member of the Executive Team has hit the ground running with setting up our new children's website, Uncle Joshua's Workshop, and recently appearing on The Divine Within Podcast with host Santiago Kneeland.
Debra Guevara is exploring her own creativity in her retirement, and discovering that she has a love of songwriting, among other talents, that she had only dreamed of in her youth.
Realizing the need for wholesome entertainment and educational media and materials for children, Debra has collaborated with Marjorie Ray and the CFU executive team to create a website for children that aspires to be a hub for all parents and educators looking for wholesome materials to share with the children in their lives.
This month, Uncle Joshua's workshop has added two new video stories featuring Jesus, written by Debra Guevara, and illustrated by a talented artist in Africa, named Daniels. Debra has used well-loved stories of Jesus as told in The Urantia Book, and converted them to a narrative text before sending the concept and script to the illustrator. We sincerely hope you and your children will enjoy these wonderfully illustrated stories:

Since the launch of the website two months ago, parents are finding Uncle Joshua's Workshop to be a joyful place for children to discover age-appropriate materials for spiritual education based on The Urantia Book and designed to inspire and engage children through a variety of fun and meaningful activities, including: original songs, new videos, fun games, interactive stories, and coloring pages.
The website also includes a special Resources Page for parents, grandparents, caregivers, and educators. Visitors are encouraged to share their own materials and helpful content through posted resource links, creating a growing community of support and inspiration for children and families.
