“The call to the adventure of building a new and transformed human society by means of the spiritual rebirth of Jesus’ brotherhood of the kingdom should thrill all who believe in him as men have not been stirred since the days when they walked about on earth as his companions in the flesh.” 195:10.6 (2084.6)
The message of Jesus was never meant to remain a private or purely inward experience. It was a call to participate in something far greater—the building of a new kind of human society founded upon the spiritual reality of the brotherhood of the kingdom. When individuals experience genuine spiritual rebirth, their transformed inner life naturally begins to influence the world around them.
Jesus envisioned a society not driven primarily by competition, fear, or domination, but by love, service, and mutual respect among the children of God. This transformation does not come about through political power, force, or social control. Instead, it grows organically through the awakening of individual hearts. As more people discover their relationship with the Universal Father, they begin to see every other person as a brother or sister in the same divine family.
To those who truly believe in the teachings of Jesus, this mission should feel like a thrilling adventure. The opportunity to participate in the gradual upliftment of humanity—to help build a civilization rooted in spiritual values—is one of the greatest privileges of mortal life. Each act of kindness, each effort to serve, and each moment of sincere spiritual living contributes to the unfolding of this kingdom reality on earth.
