When was the last time you got truly excited about what is happening with the Urantia community? I can think of lots of times over the past four decades that I have been part of all this and let me tell you that the excitement just keeps building. There are so many great things happening by so many people that it is hard to keep track of it all.
I want to take a moment to share some of the energy and excitement coming from The Center For Unity this month.
In 2023, we launched our very first project called AskJesus Chatbot. This was one of the very first websites to use an emerging new technology called AI, artificial intelligence. At the time we presented it at the Parliament of the World's Religions it was state of the art but today that version is ancient in computer years.
After we completed the Urantia Book Tutor with the latest version of AI, we promised to upgrade AskJesus as soon as time and money allowed. Well, we have fulfilled that promise. AskJesuschatbot.com is now able to provide better responses faster and even remember conversations to allow follow-up questions to deepen your exploration of the teachings of Jesus from The Urantia Book.
We have seen the impact that Urantia Book Tutor is having with students and study groups of TUB but, IMO, AskJesus will now do the same for those outside the Urantia Community. Our analytics suggest that a lot of people who are not Urantia Book students are using AskJesuschatbot.com. We are almost at 80,000 questions submitted to AskJesus even with filters to block bots and irrelevant questions. With the help of our Google Ads, anyone searching for the name Jesus on the internet has a good chance of finding us.
I got curious about this and asked AI: How many times has the name "Jesus" been searched on the internet?"
The response: "In the past year, it is estimated that there have been about 4.7 million searches for "Jesus Christ" on the internet annually.
Additionally, recent trends show that interest in Jesus and related terms has been rising, with search interest levels on Google reaching relatively high values compared to previous years. There are indications of a spiritual revival reflected in the increase in searches.
Thus, while a precise total count for all searches on the broad term "Jesus" over the past year is not explicitly given, the available data suggests millions of searches annually, around 4.7 million specifically for Jesus Christ, with increasing interest overall."

Our Google Ads have been viewed over 1.2 million times and over 82,798 people clicked on the ad to actually go to one of our projects. That is about $0.14 spent per visitor. However, Google Ad visitors are only 51% of our total traffic.
That reminds me that we need your help with translations. We have seen first-hand, in our analytics, the importance of translations. We want to get both DiscoverJesus.com and our new DiscovertheUB.com translated into many languages, along with the very popular UrantiaBookpod.com.
