Their mission was to biologically and culturally uplift the peoples of Urantia, helping stabilize civilization after the long aftermath of the rebellion. While their mission also faced unexpected challenges, the Adamic legacy nevertheless played a profound role in shaping later human development and preparing the ground for future spiritual progress.
